Poco / cookie policy

Cookie Policy

What Poco stores in your browser, and why. We keep this short because we currently use very little.

.01

What this covers

This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage (such as localStorage) that Poco uses on thepoco.io.

.02

What we use today

Poco currently uses only strictly necessary storage - the kind required for the site to function, which does not need consent:

  • Authentication: session tokens stored by our identity provider (AWS Cognito) to keep you signed in.
  • Sign-in flow: temporary values used during the secure login handshake, cleared afterwards.
  • Theme preference: your light/dark choice, stored locally so the site remembers it.
.03

Analytics

Not yet active

We do not currently run analytics or advertising cookies. If we enable analytics (for example Google Analytics) in the future, those cookies are not strictly necessary, so we will ask for your consent through a banner before they load, and name the provider here.

.04

Managing storage

You can clear or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may stop you from staying signed in.

.05

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy if our use of cookies changes, and revise the "Last updated" date above.
