Terms of Use

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and POCO AI LTD. By accessing or using Poco, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Poco compresses prompts and filters context for AI coding agents. The client runs on your machine; compression, command filtering, and document conversion run on our server. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use Poco for any unlawful purpose or to violate others' rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Submit content you do not have the right to process.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the service available to third parties without our prior written permission, or misrepresent your relationship with us.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit it, and for what your content contains. Our handling of that content is described in the Privacy Policy and Security page.

Poco is currently free to use, and we will not charge you without notice and your agreement. When paid plans launch, this section will set out pricing, billing cycles, taxes, automatic renewal, and cancellation and refund terms, including any statutory withdrawal rights for consumers.

Poco, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These terms grant you no rights in our intellectual property beyond using the service as permitted.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that compression will preserve all meaning for every input.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and USD 100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or to protect the service. You may stop using Poco at any time.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated to you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and disputes are subject to the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
